The percentage set forth in Row 11 of the cover page for each Reporting Person is based on 26,443,067 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of May 3, 2022.

TomEnterprise AB is the record holder of the Common Shares.  Mr. Thomas Von Koch, as the Board Member of TomEnterprise AB, has the sole power to vote and dispose of the Common Shares and is deemed to be the beneficial owner of all the Common Shares.
