DiaMedica Therapeutics Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, DiaMedica USA, Inc. and DiaMedica Australia Pty Ltd. (collectively we, us, our, DiaMedica and the Company), exist for the primary purpose of advancing the clinical and commercial development of a proprietary recombinant, or synthetic, Kallikrein-
1 protein (KLK1 ) for the treatment of kidney and neurological diseases with our primary focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Our parent company is governed under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act and our common shares are publicly traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “DMAC.” |
