Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	*13.* Related Party Transaction During 2020, we engaged a consulting firm owned by our former Vice President of Regulatory Affairs to perform certain tasks supporting our quality and regulatory activities. The work was performed as required by us and all services were invoiced on an hourly basis with no minimum commitment. We terminated this agreement effective June 16, 2021. Total charges invoiced were $149,000 and $235,000 for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
